this includes: somewhat fixed vigilante (credit Danker_Memer on gamebanana for some of the code), restored mansion_1 and mansion_2, able to crouch on the clown transformation, able to break outlets with the fireass transformation, able to get rid off the knight when hitting a wall, able to throw an enemy at the grandpa pepper to kill it *i realized i did not have to do that but i already added it in so why not lol*, fully tiled secrets, mansion_11, and mansion_12. added lap 2 and ranks are set, and not much more

the level is in the floor 1 secret room
