pizza tower lazily restored western build pinball and kung fu

i was too lazy to do rework pinball so i split them up into two levels

this includes: restored kung fu and ufo rooms, heat meter mode activated by the pink block *credit "You Only Live Once" on gamebanana for most of the heat meter code*, able to roll into the ball transformation when pressing down on a slope *dont do this while idling*, fixed arenas, fixed ball and barrel blocks, added ranks, added music for pinball, and not much more.
